Anti-HSP60 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human HSP60 (60 kDa heat shock protein), enabling specific detection of endogenous HSP60 levels in research samples. Supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is unconjugated and comes in a 50 µl volume intended for long-term storage at -20 °C for up to one year. It is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF) and ELISA workflows, and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species mitochondrial chaperone studies.
