Anti-HSP60 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-validated reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against the mitochondrial chaperonin HSP60 (also known as HSPD1), supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The unconjugated IgG polyclonal preparation is reported to have an estimated purity greater than 95% and is raised in rabbit, making it suitable for routine detection of the 60 kDa HSP60 target across a panel of immunological assays. Recommended applications include Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunofluorescence (IF), and the antibody has been validated for reactivity on human and mouse samples, covering the most commonly used model systems for stress-response, mitochondrial, and chaperone research.
