Anti-HSP60 (6C8) Antibody

Manufactured and distributed by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody is raised against HSP60 (also known as HSPD1, the 60 kDa mitochondrial chaperonin) and is provided as a 50 µL liquid aliquot in PBS buffer (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The reagent is affinity-purified from a mouse host, unconjugated, and validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP). The immunogen consists of purified recombinant human Hsp60 protein fragments expressed in E. coli, and the antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, detecting the endogenous protein at an observed molecular weight of approximately 61 kDa.
