Anti-HSP40 (P303) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets HSP40, directed against the P303 region. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen was a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 270–320 of human HSP40, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HSP40 protein.

It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence staining (ICC/IF), with three scientific images available, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa.
