Anti-HSP40 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes HSP40, a heat shock protein also referred to as DnaJ homolog subfamily B member 1, DnaJ protein homolog 1, DNAJ1, DNAJB1, hDj-1, HDJ1, Heat shock 40 kDa protein 1, Heat shock protein 40, HSPF1 and Human DnaJ protein 1.

Unconjugated and raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human HSP40, the reagent detects endogenous levels of total HSP40 protein. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The rabbit IgG is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline without Mg2+ and Ca2+, pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
