Anti-HSP40 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HSP40, supplied as an unconjugated reagent validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

Provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous HSP40 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa. The product is accompanied by three scientific validation images.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
