Anti-HSP27 (phospho-S82) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets HSP27 when phosphorylated at Serine 82 and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, specifically detecting endogenous levels of HSP27 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser82, as stated by the manufacturer. The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human HSP27 around the phosphorylation site of serine 82. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
