Anti-HSP27 (phospho-S15) Antibody

Affinity-purified reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in Rabbit as a polyclonal antibody against HSP27 phosphorylated at Serine 15. The unconjugated preparation reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for WB and IHC applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human HSP27 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 15. Specificity is restricted to endogenous HSP27 detected only when phosphorylated at Ser15.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein HSP27 has a reported molecular weight of approximately 27 kDa.
