Anti-HSP27 (phospho-S15) Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human HSP27 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 15, available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Specificity is restricted to HSP27 only when phosphorylated at Ser15, enabling detection of endogenous levels of the phosphorylated protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Purity exceeds 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography purification with the epitope-specific immunogen. The target protein HSP27 has a molecular weight of approximately 27 kDa.
