Anti-HSP27 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml, formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to a synthetic peptide derived from human HSP27 around the non-phosphorylation site of serine 15, and it specifically recognises endogenous levels of HSP27 in human samples. The antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA workflows and is reactive with human tissue and cell lysates, with Western Blot data demonstrated on HeLa cells. For long-term integrity, the preparation should be stored at –20 °C, where it remains stable for up to one year.
