Anti-HSP27 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HSP27, supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with the immunogen consisting of a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of Human HSP27.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It detects endogenous levels of HSP27 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 27 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
