Anti-HSP27 (Ab-82) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against HSP27 (Ab-82) and is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Provided unconjugated, it reacts with Human samples and is intended for detection of the endogenous level of total HSP27 protein, as stated by the manufacturer.

The antibody was generated by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the region around amino acids 80–84 (Q-L-S-S-G) of human HSP27, conjugated to KLH, and subsequently purified by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific peptide. It is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are available for the reagent.
