Anti-HSP27 (Ab-15) Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal preparation raised against a synthetic peptide spanning residues 13–17 (G-P-S-W-D) of human HSP27. The antibody specifically detects the endogenous total HSP27 protein and is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human samples, with suggested working ranges of approximately 1:500–1:1000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, the unconjugated, peptide-affinity-chromatography-purified Ig is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
