Anti-HSP105 (P819) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HSP105 (P819). The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. It has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 780-830 of Human HSP105. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HSP105 protein, with a reported molecular weight of ~105 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
