Anti-HSP105 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from human HSP105 and is supplied as 50 µl at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and recognises endogenous HSP105, detecting total levels of the target protein across a range of sample types. It is formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is provided unconjugated to give maximum flexibility for downstream labelling workflows. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reactivity has been confirmed for human samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. The immunogen corresponds to conserved regions of the HSP105/HSP110 heat-shock family, also known by the alternative designations NY-CO-25, Heat shock 110 kDa protein, Heat shock protein105 kDa, Heat shock protein family H member 1 (HSPH1), HSP110 and KIAA0201.
