Anti-HSP105 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit against HSP105 (also called HSPH1 or HSP110), a stress-induced chaperone of the HSP70 superfamily that acts as a nucleotide-exchange factor for HSP70 during protein refolding. The unconjugated IgG fraction is supplied at 100 µl per vial and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples, where it recognizes the native ~105 kDa band in cell lysates and in formalin-fixed tissue sections.

HSP105 levels rise sharply under thermal and oxidative stress, and altered expression has been reported in melanoma, colorectal carcinoma, and several neurodegenerative contexts, making this reagent useful for studies of heat-shock signaling, apoptosis regulation, and tumor biology. Researchers typically apply the antibody at optimized dilutions for chemiluminescent Western detection, fluorescent IF imaging, or chromogenic IHC on paraffin-embedded sections.
