Anti-HSP10 (K80) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Primary Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the HSP10 target. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF). Reactivity is reported with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 30–100 of human HSP10, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HSP10 protein. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein HSP10 has a molecular weight of approximately 10 kDa.
