Anti-HSP 90 Antibody

The product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against HSP90 (Heat Shock Protein 90), supplied by Antibodies.com as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum for use in Western blot and ELISA workflows. HSP90 is an approximately 90 kDa ATP-dependent molecular chaperone that assists the folding and conformational maturation of many client proteins, including kinases, transcription factors, and steroid hormone receptors.

Reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, the reagent supports cross-species studies in cancer biology, proteostasis, and cell-signaling research using common laboratory models. At approximately 90 kDa, endogenous HSP90 is readily detected by Western blot of whole-cell lysates, where it is frequently used as a loading or expression reference.
