Anti-HSF1 (phospho-S303) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HSF1 phosphorylated at Ser303. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human HSF1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 303. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HSF1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser303. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 82 kDa.
