Anti-HSF1 (D135) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against HSF1 (D135) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is supplied unconjugated. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 105-150 of Human HSF1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HSF1 protein. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein shows a molecular weight of approximately 57 and 82 kDa.
