Anti-HSF1 (Ab-303) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide spanning residues301–305 (P-P-S-P-P) of human Heat Shock Factor 1, allowing it to recognize the endogenous pool of total HSF1 protein. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, the antibody is unconjugated and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human samples, and is purified by affinity chromatography using the immunizing epitope peptide. The product is dispatched from Cambridge, UK, on blue ice at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
