Anti-HSD3B2 Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal IgG specific for HSD3B2, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for research use only. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–287 of human HSD3B2 (NP_000189.1). The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a molecular weight of 42 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:10–1:100. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Supporting validation data include a Western blot of 293T cells performed at 1:400 dilution with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000, and an immunofluorescence image of A-549 cells.
