Anti-HSD3B1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against HSD3B1. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, it has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity reported across human, mouse, and rat samples. The target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 42 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–290 of human HSD3B1 (NP_000853.1), and the reagent has been affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Suggested starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
