Description
From Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against HSD17B13 and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, with one scientific validation image. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and detects endogenous levels of HSD17B13 protein. Immunisation used recombinant full-length human HSD17B13, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 34 kDa.
