Anti-HSD17B13 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against HSD17B13 and supplied unconjugated in liquid form. It is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 30-211 of human HSD17B13 (NP_835236.2) and isolated by affinity purification. It is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and recognises a target with a molecular weight of 34 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
