Anti-HSD17B10 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab186853)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against HSD17B10, also referred to as ERAB. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. According to the manufacturer, the target protein has a molecular weight of 26 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–261 of human ERAB/HSD17B10 (NP_004484.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:100 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:100 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence.
