Anti-HSD11B1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to HSD11B1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and reacts with mouse samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 25-292 of human HSD11B1 (NP_005516.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography. The expected molecular weight of the target is 32 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is given.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
