Anti-HSD11B1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets HSD11B1 (11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1), an NADPH-dependent microsomal enzyme that converts cortisone to active cortisol. Supplied by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated reagent is provided in a 100 µl vial volume and is reactive against the human target.

Validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry, the antibody supports detection of the 32 kDa endoplasmic reticulum-anchored protein in liver, adipose, and central nervous system tissues.
