Anti-HSD11B1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HSD11B1, available from Antibodies.com for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was produced using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 43–88 of Human HSD11B1 as the immunogen. According to the manufacturer, the reagent detects endogenous levels of HSD11B1 protein.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 32 kDa, and the product is supported by one scientific validation image.
