Anti-HSC 70 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the heat shock cognate 71 kDa protein (HSC 70) and is supplied as a 50 µL liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, namely a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human HSC 70, and it detects endogenous levels of the target. It is unconjugated and intended for use in Western blotting and ELISA applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. For routine Western blots, dilutions in the range of 1:500 to 1:1000 are commonly used, while ELISA applications typically employ a working dilution around 1:10,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
