Anti-Hrs (phospho-Y216) Antibody

It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, supplied unconjugated in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Hrs surrounding the Tyr216 phosphorylation site. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Hrs protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr216. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The stated molecular weight is approximately 86,115 kDa.
