Anti-Hrs (phospho-Y216) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from a rabbit host, this reagent selectively detects Hrs protein phosphorylated at tyrosine 216, a modification connected to receptor tyrosine kinase signaling and to the ESCRT-0 sorting machinery at the endosomal membrane. Because Hrs directs ubiquitinated cargo toward lysosomal degradation, phospho-Y216 detection supports studies of receptor downregulation, cargo sorting, and endosomal trafficking in primary tissue.
