Anti-HRP-3 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against HRP-3 (also known as HDGF-2, HDGF2, HDGFL3, Hepatoma-derived growth factor 2, and Hepatoma-derived growth factor-related protein 3) and is offered in a 50 µL format with a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human HRP-3 — and it is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and presented as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. Endogenous levels of the HRP-3 protein are detected in samples from human, mouse, and rat, and the reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications. For best results, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
