Anti-HRH4 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal Primary Antibody targeting HRH4 (also referred to as H4R). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Produced against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 194-304 of human HRH4 (NP_067637.2), the reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The target has a reported molecular weight of 44 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:1,000-1:4,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
