The Histamine H3 receptor (HRH3) is a G protein-coupled receptor concentrated in the central nervous system, where it operates as a presynaptic autoreceptor tuning histamine release and as a heteroreceptor modulating dopamine, acetylcholine, norepinephrine, and serotonin pathways.
This unconjugated polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of liquid antiserum, validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples. It is used to map HRH3 distribution across thalamic, cortical, and striatal tissue sections, to confirm receptor mass on immunoblots, and to track expression changes in models of sleep-wake dysregulation, attention deficits, and neurodegenerative disease.
