Anti-HRG Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20–260 of human HRG (NP_000403.1), and the antibody has a stated molecular weight of 80 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and purified by affinity chromatography. The manufacturer recommends a WB dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C, and on receipt should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
