Anti-HRas Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against GTPase HRAS. It is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of human HRAS (NP_203524.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 21 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
