Anti-HPX Antibody

This polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and targets HPX, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent for research use. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human HPX as the immunogen, and the HPX pAb detects endogenous levels of HPX protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The host species is Rabbit, the clonality is Polyclonal, and the isotype is IgG.
