Anti-HPX Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HPX (Hemopexin). The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is intended for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications.

Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Its reported molecular weight is 68 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24–245 of human Hemopexin (NP_000604.1). The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For research use only — not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
