Anti-HPSE2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets HPSE2 and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 42–242 of human HPSE2 (NP_068600.4). The target protein has a molecular weight of 72 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC.

The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
