Anti-HPSE Antibody

The Antibodies.com polyclonal antibody targets human HPSE (heparanase), an endoglycosidase that cleaves heparan sulfate side chains and is central to extracellular matrix remodeling, angiogenesis, and tumor cell dissemination. Raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum in a single-use vial, the reagent is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human-derived tissue and cell samples. Researchers commonly apply it to investigate metastatic progression, inflammatory tissue damage, and remodeling of the tumor microenvironment, including studies of HPSE expression in carcinoma, myeloma, and immune cell infiltrates.
