Anti-HPSE Antibody

Manufactured by Bioworld Technology and distributed through Antibodies.com, this research-grade reagent is an affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against recombinant full-length human HPSE (heparanase). It is supplied at 50 µl, formulated as1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the SDS-PAGE purity exceeds 95%. The unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of HPSE protein (~65 kDa) and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and mouse samples, making it a strong tool for studies of extracellular matrix remodeling, tumor cell extravasation, angiogenesis, and inflammatory leukocyte trafficking where heparanase-driven heparan sulfate degradation is of interest.
