Anti-HPSE Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting heparanase (HPSE), the endoglycosidase responsible for cleaving heparan sulfate side chains of proteoglycans and a documented driver of extracellular matrix remodeling, tumor angiogenesis, and metastatic spread. Produced by Antibodies.com and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse tissue, this unconjugated primary reagent is supplied as a 100 µl volume at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant, supporting short-term storage at 4 °C and longer-term freezing at -20 °C without loss of activity. The polyclonal format provides multi-epitope recognition of HPSE, useful for detecting both the inactive 65 kDa pro-enzyme and the active 50 kDa subunit that form after proteolytic processing.
