Raised in rabbit against HPSE (heparanase), this unconjugated IgG polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is validated for western blot detection of the human, mouse, and rat target. Heparanase is an endo-β-D-glucuronidase that cleaves heparan sulfate side chains on proteoglycans, remodeling the extracellular matrix to drive cell invasion and supporting tumor angiogenesis and metastasis in published cancer research models. The 100 µl vial is supplied as an unconjugated primary antibody, leaving choice of secondary detection chemistry open for immunoblotting of cell and tissue lysates. For long-term stability, store at -20°C in working aliquots and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity. Investigators use this reagent to track pro-heparanase processing, subcellular trafficking, and expression shifts associated with inflammatory and oncogenic signaling pathways.
