Anti-HPSE Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG and supplied unconjugated. It targets HPSE (Heparanase 1) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 36–275 of human Heparanase 1 (NP_001092010.1). Reactivity is reported for Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration. The target runs at approximately 61 kDa / 50 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
