Anti-HPS1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is a rabbit-derived IgG antibody raised against a recombinant human HPS1 immunogen and affinity-purified to detect endogenous levels of the Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome 1 protein (BLOC-3 complex member HPS1). Provided at 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µL of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated primary antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted for long-term storage at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of lysosome-related organelle biogenesis and Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome research.
