Description
Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com directed against HPS1, validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and was raised against recombinant full-length human HPS1.
It detects endogenous levels of HPS1 in human samples. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, is reported to be > 95% pure by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a target protein of ~79 kDa.
