Anti-HPS1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the HPS1 protein, a component of the BLOC-3 complex that mediates lysosome-related organelle biogenesis and trafficking. Loss-of-function mutations in HPS1 cause Hermansky-Pudlak Syndrome type 1, an autosomal recessive disorder presenting with oculocutaneous albinism, defective platelet dense granules, and progressive pulmonary fibrosis.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, the unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant.
