Anti-HPRT1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and directed against HPRT1 is offered by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody for research use only. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

It has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen used to raise the antibody was recombinant full length Human HPRT1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of HPRT1 protein.
