Anti-HPRT1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HPRT1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is listed for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications by C0, with Western blot also noted by S1 and S2; S2 further mentions immunohistochemistry. Reactivity is given as human and mouse in C0, while S1 additionally reports reactivity with rat samples.

S1 describes a target molecular weight of 27 kDa and identifies the immunogen as a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–218 of human HPRT1 (NP_000185.1).
